Italian lists b2b. There are 3 large sources:

1. Chamber of commerce.
This list has the largest universe, and these features: activity code, board managers names. From this source is possible to select the start up.

Lack of information: email, phone number, middle managers contacts and not precise information about size and turnover for middle-small businesses.


2. Directories (land lines).
This list is suitable for telemarketing, but the universe is reducing and before to call you have to pay a cleaning service against a robinson list ( ro).
There are not contact names.

3    Companies with size.
This list is suitable for mail order houses because many tests ensure high performance compared with other sources.
There is only postal address, size and activity code.


Large Email lists:
As MLS do not has from the list owners any guarantees about the optin, then MLS doesn’t rent email lists coming from large DB, even if the market is full of proposals.

Local lists:
The internal market is poor of local lists or there are sources unprepared to collaborate with a list broker.
There are available specific sectors as engineers, marketing managers, architects, etc.



International Lists:
For the reason mentioned above, MLS is open to international database like: Doctors, Marcus Evans, 1stopdata, Time Magazine, Hotels etc.  These lists permit to contact the middle managers, to use email with permission, and mainly important thing there is a professional support by the list owner.


Mega database / Cooperative Database
MLS has tempted to create synergies with the main players, but the result has been a failure.
